On our design we only show one holdown in corners with abutting shear walls because the design forces are required in one direction at a time and one holdown may work for both directions. Make a note that the larger of the two holdowns must be used. Also we understand a STHD14 holdown has been misplaced. We recommend using a HTT22 in a epoxy setting per our detail RI.
