Washington County Oregon, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning-at comer of Lot 11 of "Fanno Creek Acre Tracts ", - being - a 518 inch iron rod
with a red plastic cap inscribed "WEDDLE LS 874" on the westerly right -of -way line of sw 74 Avenue
