We decided to involve Benchmark because of the concerns you had regarding the last plan you reviewed for us - 7412 SW Cedarcrest - MST #2006- 00320. We had intended to provide the engineering to you if questions arose concerning this latest plan, since the designs are similar. Also it can take weeks to get the engineering analysis done so we decided to have it ready, just in case it was needed. We have not modified the plans in your possession to incorporate this engineering detail. When we discussed this matter earlier today, you suggested that we provide the engineering so that Gene will have it if needed, when he reviews our plans. Thanks again for your help.
