Dear Mr. Luton:
In 1970, several home owners who resided along S. W. 113th
Avenue, east of the Royal Mobile Villas, were authorized to connect
to your water system until an appropriate main could be extended
from S. W. Durham Road. (See attached letter).
Please be advised that an 8 -inch main has now been installed
the full length of S. W. 113th Avenue eliminating the need for
service connections from the Mobile Villas. The existing master
meter(s) will be reversed, turned off, locked, and will serve as
emergency connections to the Mobile Villas.
Thank you for providing service to those residents these past
few years.
Sincerely yours,
TIGARD WATER DISTRICT
