Stories: 2 The plan review was performed under the 2005 Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC). The review of the submitted plans will be completed when the following information is provided. 1. Received the Truss details /calculations. Please provide new beam calculations to address the added weight of the trusses. The old calculations are done to a weight of 4000# for the girder truss. The new calculations state a weight of 5880 #. When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each issue has been addressed in the revision. When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
