The plan review was performed under the 2005 Oregon Residential Specialty Code. The review
of the submitted plans will be completed when the following information is provided.
Please provide two revised copies showing crawl and attic access locations or a letter
detailing intended location, so we can red line them on the plans.
Supply a detail with the ledger board (deck /porch) attachment and please include the
/ hangers for the joists.

Provide beam calculations for deck /porch beams ((2)5 1 /8 "X 12 "GLB).
Beam NB -2 calculated with only a 600# concentrated load at 1.5' but beam NB -2A
has reactions of 1323 #. Beams M -2 &3 that support NB -2 should be revised with
additional loading. Please revise footing s under said beams with regards to added
loads, submit two copies.
5. When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each issue has been
addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of

I'm proccessing the paperwork that was submitted the other day and reviewing Lot # 1 (MST2008-00015) . I still do not
have the revise information that was requested.
Item 1- Crawl space to be under stairs? Attic access in the master closet?
2,3, & 4 are the inportant items that need to be addressed.
Site plans for all Lots have been received ant routed to others - planning, arborist, engineering.

I did not bother to check the footings under the 2 beams as the loading only changed about
#100 each and they were already over designed.
