The plan review was performed under the 2005 Oregon Residential Specialty Code. The review
of the submitted plans will be completed when the following information is provided.
1. The revised elevations vary from the cut sections up to 9'. This difference is
considerable enough to justify revising engineering calculations for lateral design.
Provide two copies of any necessary calculations, S sheet revisions, cut sections
showing accurate stem wall and cripple wall height, and location. Also design for
stem wall and cripple walls, where necessary.
As per phone call 19May08, trusses 1 & 2 are 2' shorter than adjacent trusses.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.

Good afternoon Loraine,
Thank you for bringing the following items to my attention. It's our goal to create
clear and accurate plans and your comments are helpful.
• The elevations are not accurate.
The elevations now show the grades more accurately as well as the deck
• The foundation plan is incomplete:
The anchor bolts and holdowns are called out on the shearwall schedule located
on pg. S2 of the Engineer's drawings. The foundation footing/wall details
showing reinforcing and other information are on pg. S4 and refer to the footing
schedule as well as, where applicable, to the holdown schedule and shearwall
schedule.
• Smoke detectors and fans are not shown on the plans:
These items have been added to the floor plans as well as shown on the electrical
plans.
• The upper level floor framing is missing:
The upper level floor framing is shown on pg. S2 of the Engineer's drawings.
