The review of the submitted plans will be completed when the following information is provided. 1. Please provide two copies of revised plan sheets to reflect the accurate elevations as shown on the site plan provided. 2. Provide two copies of revised engineering that reflect the change in the height of the structure at some points as much as 10 feet, as this affects the lateral design calculations. If any changes are made to the shear walls, provide two copies of plan sheets affected. 3. Provide two copies of a cut section showing the post and beam with the accurate elevation shown. Provide a detail of how the post bracing will meet code, or the Q r' design of such. I V 4. Provide a detail of any cripple walls and designate the locations on the plan. (,f 5. Provide two copies of the main floor plan showing all required smoke detectors and bath fans. 6. On sheet 3 of the plan is a detail, "WD1 /S6" called out over the slider. There is no such detail on this plan, please clarify. 7. When responding, provide two copies and an itemized letter stating in what way each issue has been addressed in the revision. When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. Engineering packet should reflect elevation differences to include the addition of a 3 story (seismic and lateral design calculations.) 3. Provide two copies of a cut section showing the post and beam with the accurate elevation shown. Provide a detail of how the post bracing will meet code, or the design of such. Response not accepted. No cut sections submitted. 4. Provide a detail of any cripple walls and designate the locations on the plan. Response conditionally accepted, with completion of item 2. 5.
