Dear Jim; ` Northwest Earthmovers, Inc. encountered an empty concrete vault during joint utility trench excavation and disposed of it offsite. This vault was found adjacent to SW 133` Street and this vault was empty when found. The septic tank for the lower property was located and pumped clean (see attached Aloha Sanitary invoice 11900) and then disposed of offsite. rie �O Northwest Earthmovers, Inc. the searched for a third septic tank. A gray water line was located and chased it back to where it intersected the joint utility trench. On the other side of the utility trench a ductile iron pipe which was embedded in granular material had been cut and terminated (see attached photographs). We can only surmise that the septic tank had been removed by the previous owner.
