Therefore, it is OK to release building permits. However, it may not matter to him as I was out there today and the foundation for lot 5 is already being excavated. From: Todd Prager Sent: Friday, September 18, 2009 8:49 AM To: "Dale Richards" Cc: Teragan & Associates'; Mark VanDomelen; Dan Nelson; Debbie Adamski; Albert Shields Subject: Lots 4 and 5 of Ash Creek Estates Dale, I am reviewing your site plan for lots 4 and 5 of the Ash Creek Estates Subdivision and need the following prior to my approval: 1. The street tree species and location needs to be consistent with the approved subdivision plan (see sheet 11 attached). The required tree is 2" caliper red sunset maple. Both lots 4 and 5 need two street trees each. Also, keep in mind that the tree placement needs to be at least 2' from any paved surface and 20' from street lights. 2. The trees that were preserved on the lots and tree protection fencing dimensions need to be shown on the site plan to scale. You project arborist needs to provide a signature of approval on the site plan that the protection fencing is 1 currently in place per plan and will adequately protect the trees to remain. Please be aware that there are other unmet conditions on this subdivision. You will want to work with Albert Shields, Permit Coordinator, to resolve these issues.
