SYSTEM, MAXIMUM LOT COVERAGE, AND ADJUSTMENT - ZONES, OF LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENT IN C-4 .AND C-P COMMERCIAL DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FIXING'AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning text will provide for a land use classification system consistent with the Tigard Comprehensive Plan designations; nc, and ",.
