CITY OF TICARD OREGON TO: City Council April 22 1906 FROM: Planning Staff f,,, A • J SUBJECT: Public Notice Requirement On February 10, 1986 the City Council adapted Ordinance No 86-08 which' incorporated several changes to the Community Development Code. On the recommendation of the Planning Commission one of the changes made was to require notification to property owners within 250 feet on all applications e filed with the Planning Department which require public notice. In the past, applications which were decided at the Director's level only required notification to property owners within 100 feet. Ordinance No. 86-08 changed one section of Title 18 to require notice on all applications to be delivered to property owners within 250 feet. Staff has discovered several • er s sections of the Code which must be changed to conform to Ordinance N'. 05m 08. Section 18.114.150, 18.120.090, . 18.134.060, 18.140:080. 18. I • 18.144.080, 18.146.060, 18.148.040, and 16.162 070 are the Sections of Title 18 which need to be modified At the April 8, 1986 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the Council modify the necessary Community Development Code Sections to conform to Ordinance No. 86-08.
