The zoning I am requesting is in compliance with the Tigard Comprehensive Plan which calls for R-7 in this district. I am planning to build on the property single family homes which is appropriate for the R-7 zoning. The number of homes I will build will have little effect on schools, services and traffic. The necessary serVices; seWer, water; power; road and fire protection are available and adequate at the present time.
