O Quimby stated that S.W. 97th would be a better access road for safety reasons. o Wood moved for approval of :staff recommendations with the condition that the applicant should Agree to close , off access to Greenburg Road, if and when S.W. 97th , • becomes dedidated and approved. In the current annexation of Portland Chain and the obertson Tract they Would be annexed into the city and zoned according to the NPO designation for that area. There woUld be a public hearing at the Council level and the annexation would go to the Boundary CommiSsion. Wood stated that the extra steps give the Council more leverage in setting conditions to make the newly annexed area more compatible with the city.
