Shadow Hills and Hazeltree'subdivisions, were recently deVeloped to County standards and then annexed to the City. County street standards are different from the Cityls in that the paving width is 32 feet (the City requires 34 feet) , and there are no sidewalks or subsurface drainage tequired. II. Conclusionary Findings: 1. There exists a need to zone pardels within the City to the City designa- tion outlined on the Comprehensive Plan. 2. Road and sanitary Services exist to all parcels. 3. Proposed zoning will bring each parcel into conformance with the Comprehensive Plan. III, Staff Redommendation: ' 4 Staff recommends approval of the zone change request as stbmitted.
