PUBLIC HEARING: There was no one present who spoke in opposition to the application,. 3/18/69. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ACTION: There was a unanimous vote of the Com- mission to approve the zone change and Conditional Use with the following conditions: 1. That the Planned Residential is approved only in concept at this time; t. 2. That plans for the multi-family areas be submitted for approval by the Planning & !, Zoning Commission prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3. That the number of multi-family units be limited to a total of 15; 4. That access to the lot 12 not be directly off Walnut St., but off the new road which will be developed along the easterly boundary of the property; 5.
