Re: Zone Change for Oregon Education Association
Gentlemen:
It has been suggested by Larry Bisset, Director of the Oity-
County Planning Department, Washington County, that the applic-
ation for the zone change by the Oregon Education Association be
amended to change the northerly 542 feet of Tax Lot 101 from our
requested C-2 zoning to A-2. The remainder of Tax Lot 101, Tax
Lots 2300, 1301, 902, 1400, 1501, 1500, 1700, 1800, 1900, 2000,
and 1601 are requested to be zoned 0-2, as previously requested.
It would be our intention that the sections of the Tax Lots
owned by 0.8.A. , with a Portland General Electric Company ease-
ment, would be toned 0-2 also. ThoEe sections surrounding Tax
Lot 101, defined as Tax Lot 100, owned by Portland General
Electric Company, with easements to 0.E. A. would remain in
their existing zoning. Tax Lot 1600, owned by Mr. Junkins would
remain in its existing zoning.
