Gentlemen:
The City of Tigard Planning and Zoning Commission at
their meeting December 10, 1964, approved a zone change
from R-5 (Residential) to A-2 (Multiple Dwelling) for
Clive F. and Catherine L. Xienle of 6326 S.W. Alfred Street,
Portland, Oregon, to construct 24 apartments on Tax Lot
3000 - Tigardville Park, located on Greenburg Road. The
property is now known as 11575 S.W. Greenburg Road and
presently owned by tannes and Margaret Baird.
It is recommended by the Planning Commission that the
Council approve this zone change.
