ORDINANCE No. 69 - , AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ZONE CHANGE WITH RESPECT TO THE LANDS OF STANDARD INVESTMENT COMPANY in Section 35, T1S, R1W, W.M. ■-,, TIGARD, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON. WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands, by action of the * . .
