Site Information The property has 120 feet of frontage on Bull Mountain Road which is designated as a major collector and is presently under Washington County jurisdiction, Only two lots (13 & 14) are proposed to gain direct access to Bull Mountain Road. The remaining lots will have frontage on a loop street that will connect McFarland Blvd, and W;iidwood Street which presently end at the western boundary of Shadow Hills subdivision. The lots will vary between 14,600 and 29,500 square feet. I basically object to dividing the property fronting on Bull Mt. Road into two small lots. It is not in keeping with the rest of such property nor with the pattern established over • many years.
