The request is largely based on an assumption that SW 108th Avenue may someday be completed southward to , -- Tigard Street, thereby rroviding a public road much closer to the , applicants' house and thereby reducing the necessary driveway length. If the road is extended, any pavement that might be put on much of the ---ee' existing driveway would become obsolete and also would be more difficult -e ..;', to remove than a gravel surface.
