• 5. S .W. Cresmer Drive was built to County local standards,
which included 32 feet of surface pavement. By continuing
Cresmer Drive through the subdivision on a 32 foot paved
surface would compliment that portion of Cresmer Drive as
built.
6. The applicant ' s statement of hardship is attached.
III . CONCLU IONARY FINDINGS :
SF'
1. The variances to the street standards as proposed would not
adversely effect the flow of traffic on those streets .
2. A reduction in the street standards would not be detrimental
or injurious to persons or property within the vicinity in
which the property is located.
3. The public will derive direct benefit to their health and

safety by improvements to the intersection of S .W. Garrett
and Ash Streets . The trade-off between reduced street
standards and improvements to the intersection would appear
justified. •
