We are considering building a house on the lot we own .;•
adjacent to our residence at 14365 S .W. 93rd, Tigard.
The plan we decided on appears to violate the set-back
requirements. Although the violation is small (only a
t couple of square feet over the line) a variance will
:' be needed before we can apply for the loan and building

permits..
We had discussed this matter informally in August 1980
(see enclosed. letter) . The driveway access will not be •
r a problem.
<, I have included a plot map, a diagram of the foundation
plan showing set-back lines, and pictures of the area in
question. If you could review this information and grant
the variance so our house can be constructed, it would
be appreciated. If additional information is needed let
