(leap 251 10A tax lot 301) SIZE OF PROPERTY: 0.85 acres STAFF FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION The staff finds the proposed location for the addition to be the most satisfactory on the subject property, and that approval of the variance will not convey a special privilege upon the applicant. The required setback on the abutting A-2 parcel to the east is 10 feet. The applicant ' s request for a l2 -foot rear yard setback on his 0-4 parcel is actually more than that required on the abutting parcels to the east and south.
