The submitted plans are approved subject to the following conditions. 1. Special inspection is required for Structural Welding,reinforcement placement,High-strength bolting and moment-resting steel frame etc.. The special inspection agency shall furnish inspection reports to the Engineer of Record,the General contractor, and the City of Tigard Building Division(attn. Hap Watkins). All discrepancies shall be brought to the attention of the general contractor for correction.
