FULL RELEASE
On the 12th day of May, 1975, Alfred E. Balodis and Lidija
Balodis, husband and wife, gave the undersigned their agreement
entitled "Tigard Water District Agreement of Temporary Water
Connection," which was recorded in Book 1000, Page 470, Records
of Washington County, Oregon.
The undersigned acknowledges that Agreement is fully per-
formed and satisfied, and is therefore now cancelled. The
undersigned hereby releases and quitclaims all rights in the
Agreement.
Dated this 22nd day of April, 1988.

AGREEMENT OF TEMPORARY WATER, CONNECTION
We, the undersigned, Alfred E. and Lidija Balodis, deeded owners of.the
described property herein, do hereby agree and consent that the meter
installation to serve water at'15515 S.W. 150th Avenue is a temporary
connection only and is for our immediate convenience.
It is further agreed that when a water main extension is laid along
S.W. 150th Avenue southerly paralleling the frontage of the property
described below, that we, the undersigned, will pay our fair share of the
total cost of the line extension and pay the expense of meter relocation.
This is a covenant running with the property.
