FULL RELEASE
On the 4th day of June, 1980, William J. Masters and
Mary C. Masters, husband and wife, gave the undersigned their
agreement entitled "Tigard Water District Agreement of Temporary
Water Connection," which was recorded at 11:28 a.m., June 6,
1980 as Number 80020250, Records of Washington County, Oregon.
The undersigned acknowledges that Agreement is fully
performed and satisfied, and is therefore now cancelled. The
undersigned hereby releases and quitclaims all rights in the
said' ,Agreement .

AGREEMENT OF TEMPORARY WATER CONNECTION
We , the undersigned, William J. MASTERS and Mary C.
MASTERS, husband and wife, deeded owners of the described
property herein, do hereby agree and consent that the
meter to be installed on or about this date to serve
the property at 15050 S. W. 141st Avenue, Tigard, Oregon,
is a temporary connection only and is for our immediate
convenience.
It is further agreed that if and when a water main
extension is installed along the remaining unimproved
portion of S. W. 141st Avenue, southerly, paralleling
the frontage of the property described below, that we,
the undersigned, will pay our fair share of the cost of
the pipeline extension and the expense of meter relocation.
This is a covenant running with the land.
A tract of land lying in the Southwest
quarter of Section 9, T2S, R1W, W. M., Wash-
ington County, Oregon and being a portion of
that tract of land conveyed to William J.
Masters, et ux, by Warranty Deed, recorded
December 5, 1975 in Book 1057, page 543,
Records of Washington County, said portion
being described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot
30, BULL MOUNTAIN PARK NO. 2, Washington
County, Oregon; thence S 0 07' 00" W, a
distance of 145.50 feet along the East bound-
ary of S. W. 141st Avenue and the proposed
extension thereof, to the point of beginning
of the tract to be herein described; thence
S 0° 07' 00" W, a distance of 145.50 feet
to a point; thence S 89° 53' 00" E, a dis-
tance of 274.50 feet, more or less, to a
point on the East line of said Masters Tract;

Mr. Masters:
Please sign, have notarized, and return to me the
attached agreement document.
A 3/4" meter can be purchased for $675; however,
if you should desire to do a lot of irrigating or
sprinkling I would suggest a 1" meter for $1,050.
a 3/4" meter produces 20 GPM while a 1" meter provides
50 GPM.
In any event you should install at'least a 1" service
line from the meter to the house because of the distance
involved. The meter will 'be installed at the present
terminus of S. W. 141st Avenue. (where the main is
