W. 141st Avenue, Tigard, Oregon is a temporary connection only and is for our immediate convenience. It is further agreed that when a water main extension is installed along the remaining unimproved portion of S. W. 141st Avenue, southerly, paralleling the.frontage of the property described below, that we, the undersigned, will pay our fair share of the total cost of the line extension.
