FULL RELEASE
On the 20th day of May., 1976, John A. Blosser and
Elizabeth S. Blosser, husband and wife, gave the undersigned
their agreement entitled "Tigard Water District Agreement of
Temporary Water Connection," which was recorded in Book 1086,
Page 837, Records of Washington County, Oregon.
The undersigned acknowledges that Agreement is fully
performed and satisfied, and is therefore now cancelled. The
undersigned hereby releases and quitclaims all rights in the
said ' ; cement .

AGREEMENT OF TEMPORARY WATER CONNECTION
We, the undersigned, John A. Blosser and Elizabeth S.
Blosser, husband and wife, deeded owners of the property
described herein, do hereby agree and consent that the meter
installed at 15000 S. W. 141st Avenue, Tigard, Oregon is a
temporary connection only and is for our immediate convenience.
It is further agreed that when a water main extension
is installed along the remaining unimproved portion of S. W.
141st Avenue, southerly, paralleling the.frontage of the
property described below, that we, the undersigned, will
pay our fair share of the total cost of the line extension.
This is a covenant running with the land.
The following described tract situated in
Section 9, T2S, R1W, W. M., Washington County,
Oregon:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 30,
BULL MOUNTAIN PARK NO. 2; thence S 0 07' 00" W
a distance of 145.50 feet along the east boundary
of S. W. 141st (CR 2011) and the proposed extension
thereof; thence S 89 53' 00" E, 138.00 feet;
thence N 0 07' 00" E, 145.50 feet to the south
line of Lot 31, BULL MOUNTAIN PARK NO. 2; thence
N 89 53' 00" W, 138.00 feet to the point of be-
ginning.
