7377 TIGARD WATER DISTRICT AGREEMENT OF TEMPORARY WATER CONNECTION We, the undersigned, Tualatin Development Company, Inc., representatives of the deeded owners of the described property herein, do'hereby agree and consent that the meter installation to serve water at 16840 S. W. 131st Avenue is a temporary connection only and is for the occupant's immediate convenience. It is further agreed that when a water main extension is laid along 131st Avenue paralleling the frontage of the property described below that we, the undersigned, will pay our fair share of the total cost of the line extension and expense of meter relocation. This is a covenant running with the property. The following described tract of land being a portion of Lot 17 of the duly recorded "Plat of Peachvale" situated in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 16, T2S, R1W, W.M., Washington County, Oregon: Beginning at a point on the center line of S.W. 131st Avenue (C.R. #]201) being south 2,116.28' and west 1,612.68' from the N.E. corner of Section 16; thence: along line of said Lot 17 'of Peachvale Plat S. 89 57' 26" E. 232.00 thence: S. 0 14' 2 7" E. 205.64' parallel with the center line of S.W. 131st Avenue; thence: S. 89 45' 33" W. 232.00' to the center line of S.W. 131st Avenue; thence: N. 0 14' 27" W. the Point of Beginning.
