FULL RELEASE
On the 18th day of April, 1969, Ronald D. Lawson and
Judy M. Lawson, husband and wife, gave the undersigned their
agreement entitled "Tigard Water District Agreement of
Temporary Water Connection," which was recorded in Book 740,
Page 562, Records of Washington County, Oregon.
The undersigned acknowledges that Agreement is fully
performed and satisfied, and is therefore now cancelled. The
undersigned hereby releases and quitclaims all rights in the
said Agreement.

AGREEMENT OF TEMPORARY WATER CONNECTION
We, the undersigned, Ronald D. Lawson and Judy M. Lawson, deeded owners of the
described property herein, do hereby agree and consent that the meter to be
installed Marrh /1, 1969 , is a temporary connection only and is for our
immediate convenience.
It is further agreed that when a line extension is laid on S. W. 115th Avenue
or near vicinity paralleling the frontage of the property described below, that
we, the undersigned, will pay the expense of meter relocation and our fair
share of the total cost of the line extension.
This is a covenant running with the property.
A parcel of land in Washington County, Oregon described as follows:
Tract in Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian,
Washington County, Oregon,
Beginning at the one quarter stone on the North line of Section 10,
and going thence South 0 26" West 460 feet; thence South 89 41'
West 20 feet to an iron Stake and true point of beginning; thence
South 89 41' West 100 feet; thence North 0 26' {hest 80 feet;
thence North 89' 41' East 100 feet; thence South 0 26' West
80 feet_to the true point of beginning.
