FULL RELEASE
On the 23rd day of August, 1971, Leota J. Miller and
Edward E. Fritz, tenants -in- common, gave the undersigned their
agreement entitled "Tigard Water District Agreement of
Temporary Water Connection," which was recorded in Book 832,
Page 621, Records of Washington County, Oregon.
The undersigned acknowledges that Agreement is fully
performed and satisfied, and is therefore now cancelled. The
undersigned hereby releases and quitclaims all rights in the
said Agreement.

• AGREEMENT OF TEMPORARY WATER CONNECTION
We, the undersigned, Leota J. Miller and Edward E. Fritz, tenants -in- common
and deeded owners of "the described property herein, do hereby agree and consent
that the meter installation to serve water at 16440 S. W. 113th. Avenue is a
temporary connection only and is for our immediate convenience.
It is further agreed that when a water main extension is laid along S. W, 113th
Avenue southerly paralleling the frontage of the property described below, that
we, the undersigned, will pay our fair share of the total cost of the line ex-
tension and pay the expense of meter relocation.
This is a covenant running with the property.

A tract of land in Washington County, Oregon in Section 15, T2S, R1W, W.M.,
morepparticularly described as follows:
Parcel I: Lot 22, WILLOWBROOK FARM, Washington County, Oregon; EXCEPT that
portion thereof described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of
said Lot 22 and running thence West along the South line thereof, to the
Southwest corner thereof; thence North along the West line of said Lot 22
a distance of 130.3 feet; thence S 77 32' E 607.8 feet to the point of
beginning.
Parcel II: All that portion of Lot 23, WILLOWEROOK FARM, in Section 15, T2S,
R1W, W.M., Washington County, Oregon, lying Southerly of existing fence line
of occupation as in place along.a line described as follows: Beginning at a
point on the East line of Lot 23, WILLOWBROOK FARM, N 0 1'35" W 5.42 feet
from the Southeast corner of Lot 23, WILLOWBROOK FARM; 'thence Westerly to
a point on the East line of S. W. 113th Avenue, N 0 01-i' 0 E 19.20 feet from
a point on the South line of said Lot 23 which bears S 89 53' 47" E 20
