FULL RELEASE
On the 28th day of March, 1968, Harvey L. Burns and
Nancy J. Burns, husband and wife, gave the undersigned their
agreement entitled "Tigard Water District Agreement of
Temporary Water Connection," which was recorded in Book 689,
Page 163, Records of Washington County, Oregon.
The undersigned acknowledges that Agreement is fully
performed and satisfied, and is therefore now cancelled. The
undersigned hereby releases and quitclaims all rights in the
said Agreement.
Dated this 5th day of February, 1985.

AGREEMENT OF TEMPORARY WATER CONNECTION
We, the undersign Harvey L. Burns and Nancy J. Burns, deeded owners of the des-
cribed property herein, do hereby agree and consent that the meter installed March
15, 1968, is a temporary connection only and is for our immediate convenience.
It is further agreed that when a line extension is laid on S. W. Bend Road westerly
• paralleling the frontage of the property described below, that we, the undersigned,
will pay the expense of meter relocation and our fair share of the total cost of
the line extension.
This is a covenant running with the property.
A parcel of land in the S. W. 1/4 of Sec. 10, T2S, R1W, W.M., Washington
County, Oregon, being more particularly described as follows:
• Beginning at a point on the West line of said Sec. 10 that is,-South
along the said West line, 707.80 feet from the West 1/4 corner of
said Sec. 10; thence South, continuing along the said Sections West
line, 814.54 feet to a point; thence N 54 55' 10° R 200.00 feet to
a point; thence North, parallel to the said Sections West line, 711.29
