FULL RELEASE

On the 24th day of November, 1970, William R. Halvorson
and Jane E. Halvorson, husband and wife, gave the undersigned
their agreement entitled "Tigard Water District Agreement of
Temporary Water Connection," which was recorded in Book 800,
Page 839, Records of Washington County, Oregon:
The undersigned acknowledges that Agreement is fully
performed and satisfied, and is therefore now cancelled. The
undersigned hereby releases and quitclaims all rights in the
said Agreement.

Dear Mrs. Ayerss
On November 24, 1970 William R. Halvorson and Jane E. Halvorson
executed an agreement with the Tigard Water District authorising
temporary water service to a single family duelling at 12805 S. t-J
Beef Bend Road which parcel of band encompassed present Tax Lots
402, 403, and 404, Map 25 1 9DD, This document was duly recorded
in Book 800, Page 839, Washington County Deed Records, Water
service was to be provided on the condition that if end when n
water main was extended along S. U. Beef Bend Road paralleling the
frontage of the foresaid tan lots that the Halvorson's would pay
their fair share of the pipeline extension.
In November 1973 a water main extension was installed in
front of the noted parcels of land. On or about November 19, 1973
Mr, and Mrs, lIalvorson paid $1,905,77 as their fair share of the
pipe line installation based upon front footage along Beef Bend
Road,
Thu, it is hereby confirmed that all assessments for the
water main installation in front of said properties have been paid
in full and no further liability. exists,.

We, the undersigned, William R. Halvorson and Jane E. Halvorson, deeded owners of
the described property herein, do hereby agree and consent that the meter install-
ation to serve 12805 S. W. Beef Bend Road is a temporary connection and is for our
immediate convenience.
It is further agreed that if and when a line extension is laid on S. W. Beef Bend
Road westerly paralleling the frontage of the property described below, that we,
the undersigned, will pay the expense of meter relocation, if relocation is nec-
essary and pay our fair share of the total cost of the line extension.
This is a covenant .running with the property.
PARCEL I:
A parcel of land in the SEA of Section 9, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, W.M.,
Washington County, Oregon, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of that tract conveyed to William R.
Halvorson'and Jane E. Halvorson by deed in Book 569, page 302 Washington County
Deed Records, said point being in the center of Beef Bend Road; thence running
North 55 29' East in the center of said road, 80 feet; thence running North 13
06' West to the Northwesterly line of the said Halvorson Tract; thence South 63
44' East along said North line to the most Westerly corner of said Halvorson tract;
