Lot Number: 3 Area: 420 Sq. Ft. Stories: 1 Builders Name: Eli Friesen Subdivision: Kreick Meadows The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) 2008 edition. Please respond to conditions below. 1) What type of connection is being used at new floor to existing construction. 2) Provide truss layout page. 3) Please type of lateral bracing to be used on the addition. 4) Please submit signed and filed out electrical, plumbing and mechanical applications. 5) Show insulation for floor of storage area without compressing insulation. When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each numbered issue has been addressed in the revision. When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents. I pulled your permit before others and began working on it on 7.21.11. I did receive a phone call from you but no corrections until 7.28.11. As soon as you respond to all the corrections on the report dated 7.21.1 1 I will be able to process and issue your permit. We plan to make this our home with them but have intentions of having our own space. In turn, stay out of the way of the working people during the day especially when getting ready for work. You can understand the relationship can really turn sour if everyone gets in each other's way and a 1600 sq. ft. home seem cramped. 1 My builder Custom View Contracting LLC, Eli Friesen has submitted plans for a permit 3 weeks ago. It seems that he has run into snag after snag with your department personnel to delay this project to this date. All the subs have signed off on the permit and have mentioned the lack of service from your department. Eli is a professiional, polite, and honest person and doesn't deserve this run around. Original layout attached before new 2x12 bottom cord replace 2x6 bottom cord for attic storage floor non - compression insulation area. No changes to layout. 3. Rory Antis Designs to clarify. 4. Subcontractors contacted to sign permit app. 5. Rory Antis Designs and Truss components rep. to redesign truss with 2x12 bottom cord for storage area only. Revised engineering attached.
