The purpose of this structure is to store finished collector automobiles. My original intentions were to build a 4-car structure. However, city building codes only allow 528 square feet for detached structures, which equates to a 2-car garage. Due to the layout and driveway access to my property, it is not feasible to attach the structure to gain more square footage. If there is any possibility a 4-car structure would be approved, please advise. Otherwise, the proposed plans call for a 2-car garage with 8/12 roof pitch to match my home. Si er ,a Larry R.
