Steve,
I am faxing over a clean copy of the accessory structure permit application. The required
elements are listed in the lower right hand corner of the front page. The application you
submitted was not signed by the owner, did not have a copy of the title transfer
instrument (deed), nor was the $80 filing fee paid for.
The accessory structure permit is a land use permit, not a building department permit. I
apologize if there was any misunderstanding on our part.
Please submit a complete application with required elements at your eariest convenience.
The building department permit for the accessory structure (garage) can not be issued
without the accessory structure permit being issued.
Also... the address for the site is 11645 SW Greenburg Rd.

This agreement is made between_ Dorothy E. Irving (hereafter "Buyer"),
Spartan Homes Inc. (hereafter "Dealer"), and
Leary/Rasmussen _(hereafter "Seller").
WHEREAS, lie "Buyer" entered into a contract to purchase the property at NYA Southwest
Greenburg Road, Tigard, Or. from "Seller" on or about August 1996 (date) (A copy
of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as though fully set forth).
WHEREAS, the "Buyer" wishes to assign the right to purchase said lotto "Dealer".
WHEREAS, "Seller" is willing to consent to this assignment.
WHEREAS, this assignment is made to facilitate the placement of a loan from Ford Consumer
Finance Co., Inc. secured against this property to finance the property purchase.
WIhEREAS, nothing in this agreement shall effect the "Buyer" right to purchase the Iot from
"Dealer" on the same terms stated in the purchase contract (attached hereto as exhibit "A").
1. The purchase agreement between the "Buyer" and "Seller" dated August 1996 (attached
hereto as exhibit "A") is hereby assigned in perpetuity by the "Buyer" to "Dealer"..
2. The "Buyer" assigns the S deposit held by the title company to "Dealer".
3. "Dealer" agrees to close the purchase of said property for cash on or before September 19 .1996
4. "Seller" consents to the assignment of the contract and the deposit.
5. "Dealer" agrees to sell the lot to the "Buyer" on the same terms and conditions as they were
entitled to under the contract(attached hereto as exhibit "A").
