Hall Blvd. Tigard, Oregon Attn: Jim Jaqua, Plans Examiner Re: Durham Park Apts 108 th and Durham Road Tigard, Oregon Dear Jim, Please be advised that nine uncovered parking spaces were deleted from the final count on the Durham Park Apartment project. The final count of parking spaces is as follows: ' - (88) spaces in garages - (136) spaces in carports - (148) spaces uncovered 372 total parking spaces As you can see, we are still well within the min- imum allowable parking requirement of 336 spaces for the 224 units. We have had to relocate some of the handicap parking spaces due to unworkable elevations where they were originally specified.
