Dear Hap:
I am writing concerning the temporary Certificate of Occupancy issued to
Westgate Baptist Church on September 9, 2007. The church should be ready for final
inspection on most everything except our electrical permit. We lack the battery back -up
system for the emergency lights. The supplier has indicated we should have the system
by November 9; however, I do not want our temporary C.O. to expire. Would it be
possible to have a 60 -day extension on the temporary to allow us continued use while we
wrap up everything?
