and 2004 Oregon Fire Code as amended by TVF &R
Construction documents shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of the work
proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code - and relevant laws,
ordinances, rules and regulations (OSSC 106.1.1). The following information is required in order to
complete the review.
1. Our files show no site work permit was issued. Please contact the City of Tigard planning
department to verify that work can proceed without a minor modification through city planning. If a
minor modification processes is required please submit a site plan with permit application along
with valuation of site work. Complete form to show all impervious area, excavation, grading and
fill volumes. Please complete both sides of the form. Form attached.
2. Provide engineer design calculations showing lateral support, footing and beam size meet chapter 16
OSSC, with connection /attachment details for the project. OSSC 1621
3. Provide site plan showing location on property per OSSC 106.
