Ke: Lot #3, Hillside Estate, Tigard, OR Subject: Soil Inspection of Foundation Subgrade (Final) Dear David and Vladimir: In accordance with your authorization, we visited the above referenced site on May 4, 7, 2007 to observe exi foundation subgrade conditions. We have reviewed the site plan and drawings for the structure as submitted for the permit. The site preparation work consisted of stripping vegetation and topsoil, removal of roots, organic matter and other unsuitable soil and debris within the building footprint. The grading work involved removal of surf vial soil within the building pad and was performed in general conformance with project requirements and current standard of the practice. Based on our observations and soil probing with a ii" steel rod it is our opinion that native stiff silt soil is suitable for•footing construction.
