Dear Ms. Alexander,
In order to approve your building permit for lot 2,
we still need to have your project arborist verify
that the tree protection fence has been installed
per plan in a report to me. Subsequent arborist
monitoring reports will be required every two
weeks thereafter to document compliance with
the tree protection plan until final inspection.
Also, mitigation trees shall be planted per plan
prior to final inspection.
Once the arborist sends me and Albert Shields,
permit coordinator, his first report documenting
the tree protection is in place per plan, I will
approve the tree portion of your building permit.
If you arborist has any questions, feel free to have
them contact me.
Sincerely,
Todd Prager

Dear Ms. Alexander,
I reviewed and approved your final tree
protection plan for the Alexander Partition
(MLP2004- 00009). This satisfies item 1 below.
In order to satisfy the remaining items, you will
need to submit a revised site plan for lot 2
showing the trees and tree protection per your
final tree protection plan. Your project arborist
will also need to provide a signature of approval
on your site plan for lot 2.
Finally, please have your project arborist verify
that the tree protection fence has been installed
per plan in a report to me. Subsequent arborist
monitoring reports will be required every two
weeks thereafter to document compliance with
the tree protection plan until final inspection.
Also, mitigation trees shall be planted per plan
prior to final inspection.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have
any questions about these requirements.
