This permit expired over four years ago and a notification letter was
sent to the contractor /permit holder. At this point, the permit cannot
be reinstated and to close the case the owner will have to take out a
building permit and electrical permit (minimum fees) for final
inspections.
We will take Into account the approved inspections from the original
permit when doing these final inspections. I foresee no more than min
corrections, if any. Fortunately the project had progressed through the
insulation stage, so intrusive inspections will not be necessary.
When the new permits are approved and finaled, we wIn go b into the
electronic files and note the completion of the unfinished inspections
and close the case as finaied (the expiration will change to "final
pass".
The two permits will be 5150.00 or less and can be issued at the Permit L
Center front counter upon application and payment of fees.
