Good News for Autozone. What is their status with Building? Are you OK with us setting up a Voluntary Compliance
Agreement /Temporary C of 0 with them?

Thanks, Steve ... your OK on Temporary Occupancy helps a great deal. I'm sure that Autozone appreciates your
cooperation.

Gus,
You should have received an email copy of the ODOT punch list. The first item is the only work that may need to wait for
drier weather to be able to compact the soil at the edge of the concrete. However, as mentioned on the punch list, it is
their choice as ODOT will not be responsible for any safety issues involving the vertical edges along the sidewalk.
I still have not received any word as to how they want to provide a maintenance bond. Hopefully tomorrow I can smoke
that out of them, I still have their performance bond that I can retain. If all is good for you, I don't have an issue with
issuing temporary occupancy until all work is complete.
FYI,
I will be on furlough this Friday and vacation next Monday and Tuesday.
