you 100% assurance that the license agreement (for the wall
encroachment) will be approved, since it is the final decision of
the City Council. However, due to the circumstances, you will have
staff's recommendation of approval.
Please submit your written request to the City Engineer, Mr. Randy
Wooley, who will assist you with this matter.

Your submittal of June 15, 1995, showing a revised building plot
plan for the subject lot has been approved by Engineering, Water,
and Planning Departments. Thank you for changing your plans in
response to our concerns relative to the 36" water main that
crosses the lot.
This information will be transmitted to the Building Department so
that they can verify the data with your building permit
application.
On your final plans, please note the location of the main on the
plumbing plan so that the sewer contractor will not be surprised by
the existing pipes.
