Right -of -Way Dedication
Being a tract of land in the northeast one - quarter of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range 1
West of the Willamette Meridian, located in the City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon
and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the initial point of the Plat of Pacific Corporate Center, thence along the west
right -of -way line of S.W. Sequoia Parkway, being 40 feet from centerline, N 01°13'16" E
431.47 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;
thence continuing N 01°13'16" E 30.33 feet to a point 25.00 feet by perpendicular measure from
the centerline of S.W. Bonita Road;
thence parallel with said centerline N 89 °24'01" W 30.33 feet to a point of cusp, said point also
being the beginning of a non - tangent curve to the right having a radius of 30.00 feet and a long
