TUALATIN VALLEY FIRE & RESCUE, A Rural Fire Protection District, Grantor,
• conveys to CITY OF TIGARD, an Oregon municipal corporation, Grantee, the following
described real property:
• See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; the
property conveyed is also depicted on the map attached as page 2 of
• Exhibit A and is designated thereon as the Adjustment Area.
The Property currently owned by Grantor was previously conveyed to Grantor by
Statutory Warranty Deed recorded June 30, 2006, as Washington County Recorder's Fee
No. 2006 - 078348 (later re- recorded to reflect acceptance by Grantor). The Property currently
owned by Grantee was previously conveyed to Grantee by Statutory Warranty Deed recorded
August 4, 2006, as Washington County Recorder's Fee No. 2006 - 093079.
The legal description of Grantor's Property following this conveyance is set forth on
Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated by reference. The legal description of Grantee's
Property following this conveyance is set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
The true consideration for this conveyance is $238,250.00, plus land development costs
and interest payable as set forth in the Intergovernmental Agreement between the parties, as
• amended, resulting in a total consideration of $400,042.71.
