RE Completion of Work under Permit No. MST2004- 00344, 11175 SW 119 Ave.
Dear Mark and Cindy:
This confirms, per our conversation on Monday, November 29, that the structural, plumbing,
electrical, and mechanical work at 11175 SW 119 Ave. under our permit MST2004 -00344
has been completed and has received final inspection approval. With this, the addition of the
cathedral ceilinged bonus room at the rear of the house, the extension of electrical branch
circuits and HVAC ductwork to that new room, and the addition of a shower to the existing 'h
bath have been satisfactorily completed under permit.
As you know, the structure had been built and most of the permitted work had been completed
and covered before the permit was issued. Accordingly, we did not have an opportunity to
verify by inspection all of the details that we would normally have seen at "rough -in" or
"framing" inspections, although we were able to "see" some of these elements in the
construction photographs you shared with us. Based on our review of the plans and our after -
the -fact rough -in inspections, we required various structural, electrical, and plumbing
corrections, all of which you have promptly had completed to our satisfaction.
Based on our assessment of the plans and the inspections that we were able to perform, the
City of Tigard considers that the addition was constructed in substantial compliance with the
requirements of the Oregon One and Two Family Dwelling Code.

permit issues for this property.
