The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality has identified phosphorous, ammonia, bacteria, dissolved oxygen, and
temperature as elements negatively impacting our waterways. These,in turn, affect aquatic life, recreational opportunities, and the life
cycle of salmon.By restoring riparian corridors,we can counteract many of these negative impacts and can continue to build upon the
progress of the last 30 years.
