Box 204 Sherwood, OR 97140 Re: Permit No.: MST2003 -00552 Site Address: 14320 SW 114 Ave. Tigard, OR 97223 Subdivision/Lot #: Heller Partition, Lot #1 Dear Steve: Please address the following issues regarding the plans submitted for the permit referenced above. 1). The plans show a girder truss at the back of the garage. The included truss detaials do not provide calculations for a girder truss at that location. Please provide truss detail and make any ajustments to the foundation plan the may be necessary to support the point loads from this girder truss. Also note that it appears that the left end reaction from beam 6 will combine with the right end reaction from this girder truss which would increase the size of the spread footing required. 2). The calculations for the end reactions of girder truss 0 combined with the end reaction of beam 6 at roof of porch create a point load of over 10,000 lbs. This load exceeds the capacity of the 12 "x6" strip footing shown on the plans. Please revise foundation plan to show adequete footing.
