Hi Heather,
I received your application for a Type I home occupation permit. Our records
show that you were issued a home occupation permit for what appears to be
substantially the same business in 2011. Since that permit remains valid, I
assume you have determined that a new application is required by one or more
changes in your business. Before I process your application, can you please
clarify what those changes are? The only difference I can see is the name (from
Terminal Design LLC to Ghostlight Systems, LLC), but if there will be any
expansion of the space used for an office or storage of materials, any new
employees, or any new activities associated with the business (especially any
activity occurring outside or involving customers), I will need to note these
changes on the new permit.
